در زمان سخنرانی خرازی هیچ هیات غربی محل اجلاس را ترک نکرد. هیچ توهینی به کشورمان صورت نگرفت وامریکا و اسراییل که بازنده اصلی کنفرانس دربان بودند با شرمندگی اجلاس را ترک کردند.مصوبه جنجالی برابری صهیونیسم با نژاد پرستی حاصل کار همان تیم چند نفره ایران بود که با شگردهای دیپلماتیک و به دور از هیاهو و غوغا سالاری بود که جو اجلاس را در دست گرفته و تمام هیاتهایی را که انگیره های کمتری داشتند را با خود همراه کرده و یک اجلاس عادی را به آتشفشانی علیه اسراییل تبدیل نمودند.
